Got my son a safer sim. Put in his phone activated it. Went to my phone emergency calls only. Have I done something wrong.

If your SIM was was working OK before activating the Safer SIM I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team.
The team have access to your account and will be able to see why this has happened.

Why can't I find live chat. I am pay monthly. I have been on live chat this week. Is it only open certain time.

@Chaz1980 : As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.
