Got my son a safer sim. Put in his phone activated it. Went to my phone emergency calls only. Have I done something wrong.

Thanks so much for confirming. 

If your SIM was was working OK before activating the Safer SIM I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team

The team have access to your account and will be able to see why this has happened.

Why can't I find live chat. I am pay monthly.  I have been on live chat this week.  Is it only open certain time.
