Hi all.
I have a work phone and had been trying to set up visual voicemail by sending visual to 150 and I get the following message back. I’ve had the phone for 2 years but the SIM card if around 6 months old as Royalmail switched us from bt to EE however I’m keeping the supplied ee number.  I tried to contact live chat but it’s unavailable. Is there anyone here that can help me?

When texting NUMBER to 150 what network does it say you are on?
