I’ve paid for EU roaming add on for a month as I thought this would be better for a long weekend away than paying daily rate. Over 48 hours later I still have no connection. I can only use the Wi-Fi that is provided in my accommodation. Very unhappy as I can’t find out about the places that im visiting when I am there 🙁

A billing add-on doesn't enable the roaming facility which allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.
Did you enable international roaming before leaving the UK - by texting ROAMING to 150?
If not, you will need to contact EE CS to enable the roaming facility. Either by calling (+44 7953 966250) from another working phone, or calling (+44 800 0798586) from a web-calling app such as Skype.
