How to set up your voicemail
Voicemail is usually on by default. If it’s off, callers won’t be able to leave a message.
- Switch on: text VM ON to 150
- Switch off: text VM OFF to 150
How to check your voicemail
- Press and hold 1 or dial 222
- On iPhone: open the Voicemail tab in the Phone app
- From another phone: dial 07953 222 222 (UK) or +44 7953 222 222 (abroad). You’ll need a PIN (set one up by calling voicemail → option 3 → option 3)
Message Storage
- Up to 50 messages, max 8 minutes each
- New messages are kept for 21 days
- Saved messages are stored for 7 days
- You’ll get a free text alert before deletion
Costs
Charges depend on your plan:
Visual Voicemail (iPhone only)
See who left the message, their number, location, date, and message length.
- Set up: text IPHONE VISUAL to 150
- Remove: text IPHONE VISUAL OFF to 150
