I have been having issues getting through to EE, as of late whenever I try to call I’m being to told by the automated voice that the office is closed at 5pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends and then it tells me to call back during opening hours. But when I check on the website it’s say they are open till 8/9pm.
I don’t get the same automated options I used to only option 1 and 2 and I know there are more.

No, I do not have a business account
The number I call is 150 from my mobile device.
I used to get up to 5 options to select from when I called, now it's only 2
and none of the options are for an upgrade (which used to be option 3)
The options are for billing and broadband.
Have had this issue for a month
Looking forward to your help with this.

Thanks for coming back to me.
When you call there is 2 options to select, you can select option 1 for the visual service which will send you a text, Or, option 2 which will then provide further options to speak to one of the team.
