I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

I will support you.

My site was blocked yesterday but is back this morning - for me anyway. I can now access my backend with siteground and my email is flowing again, it was blocked too.

My domains are all still very much down for me, and to - I guess - 95%+ of EE customers. Absolutely livid.

I am exactly the same place - I have a lot of websites which are not working on EE whether through my clients EE mobiles or their EE internet / broadband accounts.
I have contact Siteground several times and told them that actually as a service provider which relies on another service provider they should be contacting them regardless if they have an account with them or not.
I have also raised a ticket with EE
If anyone has a work around or anything I can do to speed the fix of this obvious BUG EE are having please let me know.

Yep, dartmoorgliding.co.uk is still not accessible from my iPhone, but it is from my iPad (both are EE Business monthly Sims). Both set to 18+.

Hi all,
Thanks for letting us know about this.
Would you be able to let me know the browsers you are using and the kinds of phone, so I can get this looked into?
Rach

Hey Marcoinit,
I just put one of our test sites on cloudflare. That has worked as a temporary band aid.

All browsers, all phones, it's a DNS issue from EE's end. You can't even ping the servers or sites.

Safari, Chrome etc. Its not browser issue it's the EE servers blocking these sites

Suggest you read some of my earlier posts so you can catch up on the issue.
Any browser will fail, as the issue is with DNS. If we connect to home wifi (not EE) then the websites will work fine (so this rules out any browser issues, since the webskte isn't even being loaded.
The problem is that an affected SIM Card connection will NOT resolve the IP address. So the issue is unrelated to the any specific browser. For example if we use a command "ping dartmoorgliding.co.uk" then we do not get an IP address. This is a DNS fault we think, see other posts of mine further up.
We need to establish from your network team why all siteground websites are failing. EE Tech support keep saying it's because it's being blocked by parental or other controls, but the websites involved are not adult content or anything nasty, so EE should NOT be blocking them. I think we are looking at a DNS fault. If we bypass EE's DNS servers and use google DNS (8.8.8.8) it works and the website is displayed. In any case it is not blocked on all SIM card connections. personally I have checked all my SIM cards and they are all set to 18+.
Can you please raise this with your network and security teams, to analyse why these are all being blocked.
