EE Blocked Siteground Websites

I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

Hi Steve.    

The issue which you are referring too, I'm assuming is impacting multiple domains and not just Siteground.

We are a service provider whose solution has been unavailable for our end users since Friday, with no acknowledgement from EE.  Therefore, We would like confirmation that there is a known issue impacting multiple domains and that a plan is in place to address this.   I find it incredible that EE has yet to acknowledge this.

What is the domain that is not working for you? Currently we are only aware of domains that are hosted by Siteground.

Hi Peter,

When will EE be acknowledging that there are multiple domains which are unaccessible.

We have tested the domain with other mobile providers and can confirm this is an EE issue.

What is the issue and when will it be fixed.  Why isn't their any formal notification!!!!

Hi Steve,

I have about 30-40 users (that i know of) unable to access my site via EE since the weekend, and i know of another site that is in the same boat. 

Happy to share the sites in private if it helps.

None of them have anything to do with Siteground....
