EE Blocked Siteground Websites

I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

Are you able to share the website with is, or do a private message to me if that's OK. Just click the name of the person to do that.  I'd be interested to see if that's exactly the same issue, as we don't want to muddy the waters if it's different.

I believe it is the same issue because its the same DNS errors and EE users, website is butlerbookings.co.uk and its also on siteground

Thanks for sharing the websites that's helpful.

Yes a couple of us have the Executive Complaints team running with it, but it's slow going.  It's now been passed to their technical teams with a fair amount of info.  See my other posts and those of the OP for more info.

No worries, hope it gets resolved quickly for all our sakes.. Very infuriating

@johnsagar85

I just did a DNS check of your domain name butlerbookings.co.uk with MXtoolbox.  you have a mixture of nameservers.  Not sure if that's by design, or error.  Two are butlerbookings and two are siteground.  I would think as you probably have the option, you just need to remove the two siteground ones.

The issue doesn't affect the website side of things (so far as I can tell) it only affects DNS queries that are needed to resolve the website IP address, when the name servers are with Siteground.   Also Some EE connections work anyway, but most don't. But in your case I suspect I'd say you have a 50/50 chance of hitting the NS that will work even on a connection that might fail to one of the other examples (there are a few posted already, so you can compare).

PS Make sure you know how to put the NS back if it all goes to rats!!

I have just moved the nameservers to cloudfare and it started breaking things.. so ive just moved them back to siteground again so that might be why it looks strange on MXtoolbox.  My issue is definitely the same as what you guys are having because it only seems to affect some people using EE mobile internet, not wifi or any other mobile network.  When it doesnt work they are getting DNS errors and the page doesnt load at all.  I wasnt having any of these reported DNS issues prior to the 31st January.

one of the reported errors was: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

Strangely enough I am with EE and I don't have any issues loading the site on mobile or wifi, its just some EE mobile internet users that seem to be getting these DNS errors.

Why is this even still a problem 3-4 days on! Just encountered this problem when I tried using my phone to test my website!

So, every website mentioned works for me. I'm on a S24+ with a standard sim but have noticed multiple mentions of EE mobile bb, could it be a mobile bb issue only?

iPhone 15 Pro Max some of the sites  mentioned work, some don’t, mine don’t work that are hosted on site ground. Access via EE 5g fails, home broadband (Sky) works fine.
