EE Blocked Siteground Websites

I have 298 websites hosted on SiteGround. Any client using EE Mobile cannot access their website. SiteGround support said because the SiteGround support team is in Bulgaria, they cannot identify the issue with EE because they do not have access to EE mobile phone. This is ridiculous, I will take legal action for damaging my business.

Mind sharing your setup and location please?

First noticed the issue on the weekend when we couldnt access a friends temporary website he set up for logging some scores for a tournament (Pinball) - and then was advised by around 200 people that they then couldnt access my pinball based forum site.

To top it off, this issue isnt just to do with Siteground - My site has no affiliation with siteground at all - this is just an https website meeting all requirements that it should do...

I hope the executive complaints team are aware, and that EE's technical team gets their rears kicked for not correctly assessing the impact this has caused... (I used to manage a Highly Technical team, for a rival mobile company - had i done this i would have been sacked for Gross misconduct and bringing the brand into disrepute!)

Well, there's 22 million EE customers and 3 million websites. If I had known it would have lasted this long I would have moved us. But now I feel like if I initiate that it'll be fixed as soon as I do it (my luck)

The hardest part is that there is no official announcement or statement from either EE or Siteground or any place to monitor.

Sorry if someone has already mentioned this, but would a CDN solve this issue in theory?

Just to confirm that this is absolutely still a problem, the following is a representative sample of sites hosted on Siteground that give a "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error when connected via EE mobile broadband SIM, but work perfectly on Giffgaff/O2.

By no means an exhaustive list of sites of mine or my customers that are affected, but enough to test on.

Has anyone actually been able to get any EE tech support on this? On Sunday morning they told me it "wasn't something they could help with".

What about https://dartmoorgliding.co.uk ?

I've seen some work, some don't, but also if you move locations (different part of town) it can resolve it. Not sure yet if moving back means it fails again though, as haven't had that feedback yet.

this doesn't work for me. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE was the issue

I have had a few people on EE saying they are getting these same DNS errors when trying access my website (butler bookings.co.uk), it's also hosted  on Siteground. It can't be affecting everyone because I am on EE and can access my website fine on mobile internet.
