I forgot to activate my roaming minutes in the UK can someone help 😫 I'm in Cape Verde

Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lovely time in Cape Verde so far.

 

Are you on contract? If so, you should be able to activate roaming and calling abroad, as well as adding any available add-ons, within your My EE account.
