Data roaming not working in Spain

Any ideas?

CS says it is enabled. I've tried everything (resetting phone, etc) they have suggested and they are out of ideas.

I get good signal with "3G" shown.

@Shane16641   Nothing like posting on a thread from 2023,  

  You’re trying to blame EE for the network speed your getting on a roaming network that EE has no control over.   Have you thought of trying a manual network search to connect to a different network?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm sorry to hear that your roaming data speeds are so slow, I can imagine it must be very frustrating for you.

As @Chris_B mentioned, a manual network search may help.

What's the make and model of the phone that you're using at the moment please?
