I've received notification of a DD, but my application was denied. So why has a DD been set up?

I know it'll be concerning to receive confirmation of a Direct Debit when your application hasn't gone through.

Please get in touch with our team, who can check the status of your application and the Direct Debit that’s been set up. If your application has been denied, they’ll be able to confirm this and ensure that no Direct Debit remains active or linked to your details.
