Underneath your mobile number on the manage numbers page, does it state 'You' after both Bill payer and User?

Hi, as I said previously, neither of those are stipulated, and there is no way there would be anyone else's information on the contract, user, bill etc Also, also as mentioned clicking on manage mobile leads to an error page now! You couldn't write this.....
I think I'll be leaving EE now. Thanks but enough time wasted.

Hi @NatheW,
When first registering your EE online login, you have the option to register as the user or bill payer.
If you mistakenly selected 'user', you would need to update this in your profile before you can manage parental controls.
The option to manage your parental controls can also be absent if you are using a pay as you go plan, or are a user on a corporate account.

If you're unable to access your account online, please get in touch with Customer Care on 150, or start a live chat via the help tab in the EE app.
The team will be able to amend your controls straight away if you're using a consumer pay monthly account.

Problem is, it was it was working 15minutes ago! Thanks for your help James.
I would suggest saying to somebody in authority how bad th website is for navigation, EE will not be easily recommended and will lose sustomers.
