So frustrating..... Used the 150 number for support - was sent a "visual link", basically just a reply message. My mobile and broadband connections are dire atm, makes work from home very difficult and also embarrassing. How can I get this sorted out. It is costing me money in time, as well as compacting my mental health.

@Lifeloving1 Don’t select option one when you call 150 select option two. Then select closest option to your problem,.

Hi @Lifeloving1,
You can also check for known problems and report new ones using the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker - just select the 'check status' option.
