This is not helpful. I spent yesterday afternoon trying to reset or change my voice mail message without success. All of the previous "links" do not help me, just go around in circles. Please ask someone to contact me to resolve this.

If you want to speak to someone you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 becase there is no account access on these forums.

Thanks, I tried that and eventually spoke to someone until we got cut off! Then tried again next day with a very helpful guy who said he had solved the problem with the help of his superior, after at least an hour. But no. Still no greeting message.
Have submitted an email request to sort it out, still waiting.

You'll be waiting a long time, there's no email address to send "requests" to.
Who do you think you've emailed?
