Can someone tell me why as a family we’ve spent £100 pounds on roming for it not to work. Can someone fully explain to me what we are or should be paying for.  Also iv tried to do an add on to call home and it won’t accept.  It’s already charged me over £4 pounds for less than a minute and I want to call home just to check on my mom.  Thankyou in advance

@Christine2003 : What was it that you spent £100 on that didn't work? Would it be a £25 monthly charge for 4 months? Or maybe you meant for 4 phones?

Thankyou for replying so fast we purchased 4 roming passes 25 pounds each. I’m not at all

technical so my partner and sons set it up but are adamant it’s not working.

The £25 pm Roam Abroad Pass is not valid in Cape Verde. It is only valid in EU, US, Canada, Mexico, NZ & Oz.

Outside the EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/capeverde.

Roaming itself is a free service. Anything you've paid for is a billing add-on to reduce the cost of using that service.

Which add-ons have you choosen?
