Cant use roaming

Hello,

I flew into UK, bought a sim then that same day flew to Greece. I'm only in Europe for a month but need roaming to use data to find my way.

I thought the lady called herself when I bought the Sim, but from searching online it seems that maybe the Sim wasn't properly activated before I went? I can't make calls, can't text, can't use data. I've setup my EE account but can't find roaming options.

How do I get this working? Or have I wasted money buying this then immediately leaving the UK.

If the SIM wasn't activated in the UK it won't work. No solution unless you come back to the UK to activate.

Welcome to the community.

Is it a pay as you go SIM card? If so, and that call wasn't made, the SIM won't be activated for roaming abroad until you're back in the UK.
