I currently cannot make or receive calls
When trying to check to make sure the bills/plan is okay, I get the response
We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.
However, it is urgent but I cannot get in touch as the only way they provide is by calling someone, which I cannot currently do

Follow up note, texts via rcs does seem to work, however attempts to call me are received with "The number you have called is not recognized". I am also able to text 150 and it confirms that I have paid up to date and have unlimited texts and calls.

When was the last time you used the SIM to make a call or send a text?
Have you made any account changes such as ordering a new SIM/device?
