Hi there,
I have attempted to make phone calls this morning but cannot actually hear anyone on the audio and I do not know if this is a technical issue or a service provider issue? It seemingly sprung up overnight?

Thanks for coming to the community.
This could be caused by a number of different things, but there are checks to see what it could be.
Do you know of anyone else on EE at the same location that is seeing a similar thing happen?
If you enter the postcode on our network checker, are there any problems showing in the area?
Can you try to turn airplane mode on for a few minutes and restart the phone to see if that helps?
