Hi there. I added roaming to my account last week as holidaying in USA. Arrived today and unable to connect to mobile data. Have checked and roaming is switched on, on my phone. Account shows roaming has been added as an extra. I keep getting a message to say I need to sign into AT @T ( USA network) and when I press on the link , it connects to EE which says I am unable to add any data in US. Very grateful if anybody can advise please.

Can you make calls and send texts?
Did you also text ROAMING 150 before travelling to make sure the account has full international roaming set up as well as the roaming add-on?

Roaming is not a phone setting you can check, you may be getting confused with "data roaming" which just means using mobile data whilst roaming.
Further, roaming is not a selectable function on your online account - you may be getting confused with a billing add-on which does not automatically enable roaming.
The only way to enable roaming is to either call CS or text ROAMING to 150 within the UK.
