Can you elect to stop receiving voicemail?

Whenever I receive a voice mail from EE it drains the phone battery to 0% -- This is very annoying. I am hard of hearing and will never be able to answer a call or listen to the voicemail content. I use my phone for texts only. Is there any way I can elect to not receive calls or voice mail from you (EE) or any other caller?

@Michele28  To turn off voicemail just text VM OFF to 150.  If receiving a voicemail drains your phone battery then your device has an issue.   Unfortunately you’re phone will always be able to receive calls as that’s it’s primarily function.
