Can't make it receive calls

Won't connect with any EE phones when making calls

Can you call landlines or other mobiles?

What happens when you try calling the specific numbers you're having issues with?

Does VoLTE (Android) or 4G-call (Apple) show on-screen when you call?

I can call landlines, when I make calls to other mobiles it just doesn't connect then after a couple of minutes it just ends, I've tried both my son's phones and my husband's all on EE all having the same issue

Can you try swapping SIMs with your husband's phone - so put your SIM in his phone, and his SIM in your phone. Does the issue follow the SIM or remain with the phone?

Is this a recent problem, when did this start happening?

Problem started some time today, my son's phones are doing the same thing so think it's something to do with EE, no VoLTE doesn't show on my phone
