Me and my partner have different phones but on a family plan contract. Bill has been paid but neither of us can phone out or recieve calls. Reset our phones, turned WiFi off and WiFi calling off but not change. Can't ring 150 obviously to help, any idea?

I'm.having the same issue. 3.of us on family plan,.3.different phones can't make or recieve calls and cannot contact EE to find out what's going on?? Nightmare

Why would you turn WiFi off & WiFi-calling off, as this would help enable you to make & receive calls if there is no network coverage? Are you able to use your phones with WiFi-calling on?
Aiming this question directly at @Jazz1710 who started this thread. If multiple EE users in the same area have no coverage, there may be a local outage. Check via "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
