Can’t make calls after upgrading phone

Lukebob55

I upgraded yesterday to an iPhone 14 plus. Since swapping my sim over I can’t make or receive any calls.
I have reset the phone, toggled mobile data, airplane mode and many more and still can’t make or receive any calls.
I can send and receive texts (iMessage) and receive face time calls.
I had to upgrade to iOS  16.6.1 when I set up the phone.
many suggestions?

Hmmmm I would recommend popping into a local store with your ID (driving license or passport) and ask for a sim replacement and see if that works. Hope this helps

Just a question, did you have a E-Sim or select convert to E-Sim when setting the phone up?

Good afternoon @Lukebob55, welcome to the Community!

There are a couple of different things that could be affecting you here, but we can definitely take a look into what's going on.

When you look at the signal bars on your phone, is a connection showing along with a 4G / 5G indicator?

Is it a physical SIM or an eSIM that you're using too?
