I cannot log into my app so I texted balance to 150, I keep getting the same message, sorry we are unable to process your request, I tried calling 150, it says the line is busy or something similar and I tried calling other numbers and it says the same thing. Yesterday the calls were working fine. I can send only text messages now.

Are you still having trouble making calls now?
If someone calls you does the calls come through to you?
Have you tried to restart the phone?
