I just started EE recently.
And number was recently changed over.
But I cannot use calls.
Calls cut off less then a second after I've started the dial up process on my phone.
Texts are fine, but calls won't go through.
Not only that, but EE doesn't proper Live Chat option (just a bot, that will consistent give you a phone number; EVEN AFTER YOU TELL IT THAT YOU CAN'T MAKE CALLS), but no actual live agents (legit Live Chat), and apparently no actual contact email or alternative for Costumer Service and Support.
I tried the social media option, and it's just another bot doing the same questionable nonsense and sending phone number information THAT I CANNOT USE.
EE Claims my area isn't have issues.
And I can still text.
This is making me incredibly suspicious of EE, and because of that fact that they've gone out of the way to remove Live Chat options, stopping me from talking to an actual person (which I need to do to get this started).
I feel like prey tricked into a trap now.
This is my last option for contact now.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Yeah, I tried the flight option multiple times over the last two days, actually tried it a few times just before seeing the update about your response. Restart also didn't work and I tried that one again now. So still nothing for those two.
I got a bit lucky for a moment after one flight mode attempt.
Flight mode was on for about 20 minutes before turning off.
And the call attempt didn't automatically cut/end, but it also didn't dial. Essentially, it call didn't cut, but it also didn't seem to be able to dial at all (no sound, and it was just stuck on calling, cut about 21 seconds into the calling attempt, while it was trying to dial.
I also tried to see if Wifi (VoWife) would work.
But that's not been any better.

Sadly, I don't have any other phones.
So I might have to check with a relative somewhere else about it.

I'm not sure if you'd consider my thoughts worthwhile based on your previous comments, but I'll offer one final observation.
If both VoWiFi & mobile-based calls are failing in a similar way, that points away from the network itself and onto something account-specific. VoWiFi fundamentally doesn't use the radio network, but does route your calls through the same core-network elements. There's no national issue with WiFi-calling, so the remaining variable is your account/SIM.

@Galreth As @bristolian has mentioned, if WiFi calling isn't working as well, that definitely points towards a SIM / porting issue rather than the network.
I'm keen to make sure we've explored every option we can here though, so I've just sent you over a private message with some further details.

OK, yep, thank you for the information.
I was worried it might be an issue that occurred with the ported number.
I've tried receiving calls but that also cuts on the other end for the people calling.
So now it's left for me to just check if it works on a different device.
Thanks for the help.

Hi Peter, I've sent over the requested information.
I'm going to try an alternative device tomorrow with the sim.
I'll get back to you with that in PMs with the results.
Thank you again.
