Call waiting inop.all settings are correct on phone *43# even confirms this.subscription payments customer support is not very good!!!

Yes pay monthly all settings are  correct on the phone call waiting enabled but call waiting is not working.cant even ring the person back there's no log of it.cheers

Is this a recent problem - has call waiting worked for you before?

Have you tried disabling it and re-enabling via your phone's call settings?

Are incoming calls going direct to your voicemail if you're on another call? If so, you can set missed call alerts through the voicemail menus.
