Billing my bill as risen from £37 To £57

My bill, as increased by 20 pounds. How can this possibly be? It was 37 pound. It might have even been less, it is now 57 pound.

I don't understand and I can't find any information i have been on the app and it doesn't work or it doesn't want to discuss my issue. I can't possibly pay this each month. I'm on benefits. I was pushing it by having this contract in the first place, but it was necessary and now just out of the blue. They have risen my pointless, it's bill.

Twenty something pound i fought e e were the better company to be with? And they've always been good to me.I just don't understand why I have received a bill so high as anybody else, add a issue like this and if so, can somebody tell me how to resolve it because I am at a loss I've been trying to sort it out.

But when I speak about it, the app says we can not give you that information

My bill has increased, buy over 20 pound. I was only pain 34 pound. It is now 57, all of a sudden.

I have had the same problem. I've been trying to sort my bill out and it keeps telling me that it can not process that information at the moment. Please try again later. But everything else works. My bill has increased vibe twentyseven pound.

My bill was only £34 it's now £57.19 p has anybody else add this problem and could you explain it to me? Because it seems that the app doesn't have that information. I know I should give them a call, but I'm trying to understand before I do so. I have got an argument. They have been so good to me in the past. No problems whatsoever and now this just out of the blue and I'm on benefits, it's the one luxury I have is my phone. I don't even have a TV. I'm not that kind of person. I'm a musician and an artist. I paint a lot and I read.

So the one telecommunication devices I have, is just a phone there's no particular reason why I only have a phone but it's all our need. I'm a very simple guy, but I don't like to be ripped off.

Especially when they have not even called me to discus this increase.
