Is anyone else having problems checking their data/balance through the 150 text service? It keeps saying the service is "temporarily unavailable".

@Lloyd1983 - No issues here; 150, the lady's voice is operating. Texting AL to 150 returns a response.

When was the last time you used the SIM to make a chargeable call, text or topped up the account?
Can you text and call other numbers?

I am also experiencing the same issue with the 150 text service. I think service might be down or undergoing maintenance & Have you tried contacting customer support for more information or a possible resolution?

I have also been experiencing problems with 150 when checking my balance it has been like this for weeks now which is a Shame as it was a quick way of looking off line at your remaining allowance.

Indeed so, the service has been unavailable for me since the weekend of 17th August.

Yes I’ve had the same problem rung the mat the beginning of this month and they know about it and said possibly be fixed in a week but tried it yesterday and still saying it’s temporarily not in service
