All numbers I call have suddenly come up call ended before ringing

Last week the UK EE PAYG sim card worked fine, I have duel sim cards (UK and local EU) as I am in the EU at the moment. My EE PAYG sim is in credit and the 150 text service works but every time I try to use the EE sim to make calls I get 'call ended' before it rings. This happens with all numbers I use. The phone works fine on the local sim. I have rebooted the phone. Cant call EE on 150 as that also has same problem.

Did you make a call or send a text message from the phone whilst in the UK before travelling?

Thank you for your reply, yes I made many calls in the UK and the SIM card
has worked well for the 10 months I have been in the EU, it just stopped
working last week!

What kind of phone are you using it in? Does it show a good phone signal?
