I have purchased an add on (roaming in the EU) and it has not yet started to work even though I’ve had a confirmation of purchase.

@Eden9  If you’re a contract customer the purchasing of add-ons is to keep costs down it doesn’t enable roaming.    That’s done by texting ROAMING to 150 while within the UK.  You can use live chat via the EE app under help to get this enabled.  ( contract customer only )
