Active meu EE fora de Uk

I brought my sim card from London to Italy, I put it on my cell phone but it doesn't make calls, I use mobile data and doesn't receive either. How active is he outside of Uk?

Hi @Marcela1982 

You need to activate your SIM on the UK EE network. EE Sims are designed to be used on the UK network. Your SIM cannot be activated abroad.

Where did you purchase your SIM? You'd need to contact to the retailer to request a refund.

My SIM my brother bought it in the UK and sent it to Italy, I uploaded it in the Ee app.

If your brother purchased the SIM direct from EE, he should contact Customer Care to see if it is possible to receive a refund. If not, he should contact the retailer he purchased it from.
