Did you mean:

Account cancelled...

Trying to purchase a mobile contract as I am already a broadband customer and being told my account is cancelled... I do not currently have any kind of mobile or sim with EE so can not call 150 and support has been not helpful... why is everything with EE so difficult to do compared to other networks? Just remove the damn thing from my account already so I can purchase a new phone!

Hello @Zeoste ,

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service, we do not have account access and do not know who you are.

Did you previously have a mobile account with EE and then cancelled it?

You would then have to start a new contract with EE as a new customer, I suspect, we cannot remove anything here, this is a public forum, and most of us are customers like you.

How have you tried to purchase a mobile contract? Have you done this through your broadband account?

I would suggest speaking to customer service and speak to them, using the numbers in my signature and pressing option 2, should get you through to someone, who should be able to help, so long as you are polite and do not shout.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@Zeoste : Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? If not, logout of (or don't login to) your MyEE before going to the EE Shop to buy an EE mobile phone or SIM contract. Otherwise, it expects you to already have an EE mobile phone or SIM contract.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband
