Hello, I need to access my incoming call records. Does anyone know how long far back I can request the incoming call records please? Also how do I request, could you please help me? Also would it still be available if I changed handsets but not changed the phone number?

@Nothing2023 : EE has no record of your incoming calls unless you were charged for them. In which case they appeared in your bills. Otherwise you are left with your own phones' call logs.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

That's weird, because on the 'request or change information we have' they do keep that information, just need a solicitor for it. So they're lying.

You've added to a 9month old thread started by another user, and thus am unsure which part of the query you're unhappy with.
Incoming call records are available for law-enforcement purposes but not otherwise disclosed.

- E SIM no service since update in SIM cards & Porting
- I can't make any calls and texts in Netherlands in Roaming
- Not able to view bills and change any details on my profile in Mobile Services
- EE ROaming experience, it was a roller coaster in Roaming
- No eSIM QR code, no contact from EE in SIM cards & Porting
