150 text problem

When I send a text saying ba for balance to 150 I get a reply saying sorry this service is temporarily unavailable

Thanks for the extra details @Spikeymaria 

In this case, please call us on 150 and the team can get this looked into for you to see why the text messages to 150 are not working.

@Spikeymaria , try balance to 150, if that does not work try BA in capital letters.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

or BA or ALLOWANCE.
