sim one not provisiond

hi just had my new sim in post worked for few days changed overe to my old number then worked for about 24h no i have no network at all and it says sim 1 not provisiond

Are you a new EE customer or was this a replacement SIM?

If it was a replacement, what was the reason for the new SIM?
