If my phone says "Mobile network not available" - aeroplane mode turned off and on. I have restarted, forced a restart, SIM removed and added again, so I can't receive or make calls. How can I contact EE tech? I can't call out, and I can't find any webchat? I have no people near me to borrow a phone?

Do you see any signal bars, or does your phone show No service / Emergency calls only?
Can you send or receive text messages?
Are you able to use the WiFi calling service, this can keep you connected when you’re linked to Wi‑Fi.
If you're able to get in touch from another device, you can find the contact details to speak with our technical support team on our Contact Us page. Pay Monthly customers can also get in touch through the online chat available in the Help section of the EE App.
