network not registered

My mobile wont let me make/receive any calls, shows network not registered. Bills are paid up to date. I've not changed sim. Any ideas?

@AP100  Have you tried restarting the device?  Also have a look a at THIS and click the check status tab after you have put your postcode on it.   It could just be a network issue in your area.
