my phone ...i have issues making and receivingcalls ..cant contact ee

Does your phone show coverage indicators? Can you send & receive text messages? Are you in the UK or abroad? When were you last able to make or receive calls?

im rapidly losing patience with ee.im having issues with not being able to make or receive calls except on whatsapp or messenger.trying to get through to them is an absolute nightmare via 150 .they call me back and cant get through.i spent over an hour yesterday trying and again today.im told that if they enable wifi calling the issue would be resolved .can someone tell them

@ianssmith is this issue indoors or outside ? if indoors does your device show that it’s connected to the EE network ?   You enable WiFi calling on your device as it’s a device setting,  what device is it?

You have an existing thread where other users have tried to help you, but you've started yet another new post. The questions that were asked of you in a previous post were... "Does your phone show coverage indicators? Can you send & receive text messages? Are you in the UK or abroad? When were you last able to make or receive calls?"

You've now mentioned using internet-based apps, are you using those over WiFi or the mobile network? I ask because if you're using them over the mobile network, that's an answer to whether your phone shows coverage indicators.

WiFi-calling is usually enabled by default.

i have a sony experia L3 sony assure me it is compatible with wifi calling finally got to talk with ee this afternoon but still no further forward  so still not happy

You've also mentioned using internet-based apps, are you using those over WiFi or the mobile network? I ask because if you're using them over the mobile network, that's an answer to whether your phone shows coverage indicators.
