My signal is terrible!!!!
since ‘upgrading’ to this rubbish handset I have to stand outside to get any network!!!! I can’t use my phone in my office. I have to use a landline. No decent Wi-Fi for weeks and Now no Ohine signal either.
online tests say I should be receiving 99% coverage inside on 4G. It’s nowhere near that?
mid conversation with other clients-it shows 4 bars and 4g but the phone just cuts out.
so sick of complaining to EE about this. Their answer is to ‘try doing…..’ mate I’ve DONE all that. Still nothing.
tied into a contract for another 18 months. So disheartened

Hi @LDB-CB.
What phone were you using previous to this one? Did you have a good signal with the old one?
Are you using WiFi Calling inside?

Do other EE users in your office have similar problems?
It strikes me that if you're having issues with both Wi-Fi & mobile coverage, and having dropped calls in good coverage areas, that this is potentially a phone fault.

@LDB-CB Go to settings>Accessibility>Touch> and enable Prevent Lock to end call. This will stop the power button from ending a call if you accidentally press it when on the phone. Lots of people press this when on a call and think the call has been dropped when it hasn’t.
