All this week i cannot make any calls from inside the house and EE is less than helpful. I am not set for wifi calling, i have restarted my device etc, etc.
I flagged it to EE on the online form , they said they could not find any issues with their network in the area and to CALL them on 150 if i still experience problems. Guess what EE, I cannot call you! because your network is not connecting any outgoing calls! What the heck is going on with you ?

@Kasia84 Why don’t you use Wi-Fi calling? What do you mean you’re not setup for it ? You just enable this on your phone. Just to point out no networks will guarantee a signal indoors as buildings can block signals. Do you get a signal outdoors?

The only setup needed for WiFi-calling is to enable it in your phone's menu system.
