Zero signal RH19

For the past 48 hours my device has not been able to connect to the mobile network. The coverage checker says no issues in RH19. I have tried the airplane mode switch and device restart but no fix.  Anybody else experiencing similar issues or may have a solution?

Does EE show on a manual network search?

If yes - try connecting manually, that will ID whether your issue is account/SIM-specific if you can't do so.

If no - you have clear evidence of a local coverage outage. Use the "report a problem" link on the status tool.

Thanks. Things seem to be back to normal so not sure what the issue was.
