Hi there
I have had zero mobile phone network (signal and 3/4G) since Friday. Occasionally comes back on for a sort burst but mostly nothing. I’m at home as usual. Also affecting neighbouring town and all network providers. Service status says good for my area. Any ideas? DE4 and DE45 postcode.
Thanks

If you've not done so already, try toggling flight mode to ensure your phone hasn't "dropped off" available coverage.
Use the "check service status" option on https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker in the first instance, to check for local service outages. A loss of coverage will remove the ability to make/receive calls, send/receive texts or use mobile data.
If you're in the UK and have a WiFi connection, you can use WiFi-calling to keep using your phone as normal without needing network coverage.

Thanks - I have done the flight mode reset a couple of times but it makes no difference. I’ve also checked coverage as suggested but it says there’s good coverage. It is affecting a number of people, not just me in the local area but I can’t find any reason for it online.

Hi @RS-84
Welcome to the community.
After you've searched for your postcode on the Network Status checker, there is an option to report a problem. The report goes through to our network team so they can check the performance of the masts in your area.

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option, not the "check status" one that was suggested.
If you know other users also affected, they can all use the same "report a problem" link if nothing's already raised.
