So, I’ve had & still have to deal with EE for 2 years , with bad signal and poor communication. I’ve contacted them, I understand they are busy but I have been waiting for over 3 hrs on and off !! ) right , so , I have tried to explain to them that , I want to get out the contract as I’ve suffered every since I’ve joined them with bad signal and no coverage …they won’t let me out unless I pay the fee , if it was that I wanted to get out just because , I’d understand , however I want to get out of contract due to them miss selling a contract with promises that will cover me anywhere ( which that was a lie ) , there is no way that I enjoy to pay for something I don’t get the benefit out off! Prices , they even put the prices up …. & now I end up paying even more for something I can’t use … ( understand that prices have gone up but my wage not … and to get to pay for something even more that I can’t get the use out off is unacceptable & unfair !!! I manage to speak to them & in the end they put a technician through, he tried to help me with no success , he said he’ll ring me back he never did … I’d like to say tho that the customer service ( some people , not all , I’ve had one shouting at me … ) besides that woman … they’re really nice , very polite and lovely , but the company & a person like the one shouting at me is bringing the lot down … shame….

@Christine2805 is that indoors or outside ? is that every location you go to or one specific area ? You also had the right to return when you got the device because of no signal and you say this is now 2 years. So your contract is probably almost reached its minimum term. And price increases are part of the contract T&Cs that you agreed too. What you are paid isn’t relevant to your contract with EE

The device has not being brought from you ! Is sim I have from you , so i don’t have to return the device … the sim an EE coverage that is the issue !! Inside and outside …. An no I’m still in contract unfortunately that’s why I’m trying to get out & I mentioned to the guys I’ve spoken too what the issue is & that is not my fault 🤦🏼♀️ that EE has miss sold me a ‘better coverage, that works everywhere’ ….than what I was using before …
And price might increase understandable , but you paying for something you get something in return . I’m paying for something I don’t get the benefit from….

@Christine2805 you still had the right to terminate because of poor signal. But if this is all locations it’s not the network that has the issue. This could be a faulty SIM card and you’ll need to request a replacement sim, it could even be your device as these two things are present in all locations. The signal your receive will be from different cellular masts so unless every location has a faulty mast and the chance of that is well impossible then it’s the sim or device that’s has a fault.
But have you tried factory resetting the device? What device is it ? and can you try your sim in a different device?

Hi @Christine2805.
Are your signal issues in more than one location?
When you check your area using the Coverage Checker what shows for indoor and outdoor 4G?

Can you elaborate on what it was that you had "before"? And where did you see the marketing claim that EE "works everywhere"?
You can check predicted coverage in any location using the website tool - https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee and select "check coverage"
