Why do I never get 5g, do I need a new sim?

I have a 5g plan, but never, never get 5g. I live in central ldn, do it’s not a network thing. I’ve a iphone13pro so it’s not a phone thing…

Has 5G shown in any other areas at anytime since you have had the iPhone 13?

I have 24m 150gb 5g sim only plan.

is it because I didn’t get a

sim when I started the plan. I’ve never had ‘5g’, only realised when someone mentioned the other day.

You would not need a new SIM if the plan is 5G @SiMa33 

Are you able to try the SIM card in another 5G phone to see if 5G shows in a 5G area?

Have you checked your settings on your iPhone?

settings / Mobile Data / pick SIM / Voice & Data = 5G On ?
