No signal for 3 days in chesham

This is now day 3 of having no service on my 2 phone contracts from my home address. I am awaiting very important call and cannot get the use of Wi-Fi calling. I don’t think it is fair that I am paying line rental and don’t have the full use of my phones.

What's the issue you're having with WiFi-calling?

Local service outages can be checked on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

The issue is I have turned my Wi-Fi calling on am not receiving or making calls as their not going through.

Hi @Hazell2028,

Is there a WiFi Calling or VoWiFi symbol showing in your phone's status bar?

James

Yes the Wi-Fi calling symbol is showing when my phone is locked.

Hi @Hazell2028,

Do you have a strong WiFi connection?

Have you tried restarting your phone?

James

Had the exact same issue for the last few days, only when I drive into chesham where my office is. Resetting phone doesn't work, resetting SIM doesn't work. Constant exclamation mark showing next to my signal whenever I disconnect from office WiFi. Can't do anything online or get messages. But EE says no problem.... 🤷🏼‍♂️
