They LIE about network coverage, especially for data. I pay in advance, so I would like a permanent discount, or a refund for the last six months because you are **bleep**.
To all the customer service people - either **bleep** off and get a proper grown up job or just admit you're **bleep**. To the rest of the **bleep**ers who "work" for EE, you can **bleep** off too, make some room for people who actually work for a living and have the manners to tell the truth about how **bleep** you are.
