My mobile network has been very weak lately in Watford. I wonder when it will be resolved.

I see that a network problem has been mentioned, and you guys are working on it. However, it’s been a while, and I want to know when it will be fixed because it is affecting my life.

Yes, I did, but the network is really weak and sometimes even down for last few days. Could you let me know what’s happening and the target date for fixing it?

The Service Status Checker should give you a estimated fix date if one is available. What does it report for your location?

Hi,

I’m experiencing network issues again. It’s been a while, and it’s still not fixed. The 5G network is completely down, and the 4G network is unstable.
