Unable to make calls

I have an IPhone13 on EE and I have to use WhatsApp to make calls. going through the network or wifi calling is just unusable

Are you able to use mobile data whilst on network-based voice calls? That would be a good indicator of using 4G-calling where the higher-quality audio codecs are used.

If you're getting poor audio on WiFi-calling, I'd be minded towards the problem being with the destination caller, or of the call going over 2G rather than either VoLTE or VoWiFi.

Its not you its the network, the EE network is shocking. constant drop outs all the time. They must have data for how many calls get dropped due to poor connection, I dont think apple do very good with this network. my 10 year old android on giff gaff is far better.

Absolutely. Call success rates & dropped call factors are continually monitored.

Have the same problem for over a year now, the network just doesn't support calls anymore, try whatsapp calling, that works a lot better over data. However, EE isn't very good at keeping calls when your on the move. Found GiffGaff to be better which is on the O2 network.
