I'm sorry you're having trouble with your service, have you been able to check the link @bristolian has provided above to see if there are any reported issues in your area?

If that doesn't shed any light on it, I'd recommend speaking to our technical team on 150.

Can you be more specific on the issue you have? You posted back in June about dropped calls, but didn't respond to the request for clarification.
